In continuation to my last update highlighting this master realtor cheats games and tactics looking at the 05 July much awaited date at Supreme Court, here are specifications details of a flat which are in no way complete and being handed over to buyer in the garb of possession. Cheated Home Buyer traumatised for the last 10 years+ are succumbing possibly thinking something is better than nothing)(no refund/no flat) although two directors are in jail protected for 2 years and case in Supreme Court.

Pl think of the enormous pains and costs to complete a raw structure-many people have become old and senior citizens by now.The co has smartly put up their hands and neither want to hand over their co for take over by Govt/other builders/financers. They just want somehow to deposit 750 Crores and release the 2 cheater sons in jail. No reference to compensation for 7 yrs+ delay and no accountability. Ne refunds for a man who cannot wait any more as the decade has changed his life position.

We appeal to the Supreme Court..is this justice after 10 years+. Specifications/booklets advertised to lure buyers and cheat them have no relevance. Justice Dhingra Committee entrusted by Supreme Court to supervise/monitor construction of all Unitech Projects is of no significance is it? Lawlessness is the name of the game is it?

Once this practice is set up, it will become a precedence for all other cheat builders..hand over on as is where is basis, demand 2 years maintenance and just vanish. Is getting away with grave misdeeds so easy in India.

To all cheated home buyers, I appeal not to succumb to the pressure tactics and our situations. Have faith in our Judiciary. Delayed but Justice will prevail as otherwise our great country will cease to be democracy.
