Very interesting but phone calls are being received from several Unitech employees asking buyers to take possession of their flats-no papers, no condition etc etc-a cruel joke just to buy back the flats at less than advertsied prices in 2009/2010. Several realty agents making calls including consultants offering legal services for delayed possession/refund cases/litigations. A very shrewd calculated move by Unitech as the hearing date nears while picture shows the state of readiness of an apartment in Vistas Sec 70 Gurgaon. After all, it is not coincidence that India's priciest and whos who of legal fraternity defend them in courts with exorbitant fees-UL can afford to pay that. Our Honourable Supreme Court surely has seen all in between over these 2 years and on behalf of tens of thousands affected families I appeal to our Honourable Cort for justice.  To our Honourable PM..I emphasise is this not graft where you have annoiunced zero tolerance? I am also adding Minister of State Mr Hardeep Singh Puri in this petition for action although millions of tweets have been posted.
