Three years onto this petition and clearly RERA implementation a failure with no intent of implementation by Govt(an eye wash to gain some brownie points in the coming elections), even while years of delayed flats are ready, home buyers cant take possession-pl read the newspaper clipping attached.

The misery continues and while our Honoured Supreme Court may be trying its best, I am afraid many people's lives will be ruined due to this engineered cheating in India-a malaise well supported by Govt and a greedy corrupt bureaucracy.

It is food uncooked if a reference to Realty Cheat Master Blaster Unitech is not brought in as although the Dhingra Ciommittee appointed by SC is trying to find a fix for 17000 badly mauled families stuck with Unitech, flats are being handed over slowly without painting and any electrical wiring/channels.

Refund for many will be years away and maybe next generation may get it as many would have passed away taking into account very well planned games.

I fervently make a plea to Supreme Court that is a BBA not having any sanctity? Will people be cheated and still their life time savings/compensation for money mis utilised be at builders games mercies.
