Dear Friends, Valued Supporters and Fellow Cheated Home Buyers,

Todays Times of India headlines(copy below) is very encouraging for our brothers and sufferers/cheated home buyers at Noida-I feel most happy. 

Only a few weeks back, I had posted a tweet picture listing key cheat builders-some names may have got omitted but surely just the picture was posted as in tweet. What prevents a similar move for all inordinately delayed across all over India including Haryana.

We express our thanks to active sufferers association in Noida and also Honourable UP CM Mr Yogi. I put a few questions below for all to review

• Are banks(including private sector banks) who have disbursed home loans to buyers not as responsible as they have not done proper due diligence. Simply their objective was to collect interest from trapped home buyers
• Govt clearance authorities who have given cheat builders an opportunity to plan plunder are as responsible-they have given project clearances without all things in place-stinking corruption by bureaucracy and greed to make a fast buck
• Govt Excecutive and Ministers/Leaders ofcourse have to take onus also as they have looked the other way

RERA implementation has been a failure as the intent was never there to implement the enactment. The realty cheating scam running into Billions of USD is easily the biggest fraud/scam in the history of India at the cost of honest educated citizens. In an election year when our fate will be decided/sealed for the next 5 years till 2024, I only urge all to rise and do whatever possible to save your hard earned money.

To our Honourable Supreme Court, I make a humble plea that all cheat builder cases should be decided on top priority and all cheat builders lodged in jail. Let the cheating stench be cleansed from India's housing industry.

For next few years, let there be no cheat builders in existence anymore in India and all their assets recovered and forsensic audits done -let the world know that in transition phase in India skeletal private builders exist and things need to settle down from a messy situation.
