Dear Friends, Valued Supporters and Fellow Cheated Home Buyers,

As per my last update to this petition, feeling the pulse that something is cooking, I had shared that next few days/weeks will be critical. Here is a snippet copy attached where cheated and tortured for over 10 years, home buyers have urged Govt take over of Unitech who has siphoned off Rs 7000 Crores(I Billion USD)home buyers money. And a legitimate demand.

If stress fund can be debated by experts to support cheat realtors or support our farmers, what sins have we committed in planning to buy homes from the private sector who are cheats, shielded and nurtured by the Govt and a stinking corrupt bureaucracy-we are honest tax paying citizens who contribute to nation building by paying taxes. Earlier also this move was there but skittled by our Honourable Supreme Court -I am sure the reverred Judiciary must have its reasons too.

All cheat builders tabulated in my last update need to be taken over by Govt/NBCC and these cheats should be in jail forever and whatever assets they have need to be auctioned including their personal assets. Let a message go the world that India could not manage the privatisation of the housing sector and regulations was an eyewash and cheating prevailed. 

To our Honourable PM Shri Modi, kindly Sir do not make speeches of housing for all anymore as the Govt Executive right under your leadership has failed miserably-earlier Govts nurtured these cheats for their own gains.

To all my fellow supporters and cheated home buyers whom I deeply empathise with , only make a humble request to carry on the fight unrelentlessly to save your life time savings and avoid an old age in penury where Govt will do nothing but look the other way.
