The picture below summarises a list of cheat builders-picked up from a colleague's tweet. Certainly more are there and Unitech of IIT pedigree is of course the topper as usual.

With forensic audit on as ordered by our reverred Apex Court(Supreme Court), it will be interesting to note any major findings. Surely all our money is very shrewdly laundered off to shell companies abroad and so thick skinned are the Chandra family from New Delhi,that almost 2 years in jail by their MDs and sons of Chairman Ramesh Chandra still has not deterred them.Wherever sell off or auction is planned for their assets to refund buyers or allocate for construction resumption of stalled projects, it is invariably found that the asset is already encumbered-so well calculated has been their money laundering strategy.Message to Supreme Court and the buyers/world is we dont have anything any more, bad market conditions led to this situation-give us bail and we will try to raise funds and this way years and decades will pass and many ageing home buyers pass away-a few more years in jail is worth the billions USD plundered.

Nurtured by earlier Govts and tacitly supported by the present Govt who has turned a blind eye, this gives a picture ahead in India. Very very sad and a revolution is needed to cleanse the corruption/cheating filth from India. Sad that more than 200 K mauled home buyer families who pay tax and are honest have to meet such a fate-can only happen in India.
