Dear Friends, Valued Supporters and Fellow Cheated Home Buyers,

Jai Hind on India's 70th Republic Day and we all look forward to a greater India for our generations ahead.

But rampant cheating,. home buyers torture continues. Only today thgere was a news paper article on Noida home buyers demonstrating for years of cheating and haplessness.

From all comments, the list seems endless-Supertech, Amprapalli, Ferrous, DLF, Raheja,Parsvanath,etc etc..And topper is Unitech ofcourse-very long arms, IIT Kharagpur pedigreed,politically extremely well connected, and nurtured strengthened over the years and cheating in their blood.

We remain grateful to our Honourable Supreme Court for once again denying bail to the cheat family in jail for almost 2 years-they have only deposited USD 50 Million against 120 Million USD demanded by SC and now pushed by eminent lawyers including former Attorney General Mr Mukul Rohatgi to get bail immediately. Probably to give Govt the slip(obviously with connivance) and flee the country like Vijay Mallaya or Nirav Modi and decamp with home buyers money for good. The smaller cheats are carefully watching to emulate ahead.

To our Honourable PM marked on this petition, I humbly point out

• We respect your policy that Govt has no businbess to be in business 
• However,. does that mean cheat private players will rule the roost
• Regulatory mechanisms passed are deliberately diluted to protect the rich cheats who fund political parties
• What business does the Govt of the world's largest democracy has to ruin its citizens lives?

To my valued supporters, I make a humble request to sign in maximum and spread the word around to UN, World Bank and the world about what kind of environment exists in India..we need to fight to protect our hard earned money-sure we have engaged lawyers etc but need to pass this message to a networked world on situation in India on its 70th Republic Day.
