Dear Friends, Valued Supporters and Fellow Cheated Home Buyers,

First of a big thanks for all the support over these past 3 years to my petition which has almost 17 K signatures. I have only tried to highlight our pathetic state related to happenings over these years.

Here's another classic gimmick by Realty Cheat Master Unitech whose MD's are in jail for almost 2 years(they have many companions now from the stinking realty sector in India)-a picture below depicts the inside of a 2nd story apartment in A 9 Tower Vistas Gurgaon. No doors, walls not finished, bathrooms not completed, no fixturesno electrical wirings etc etc-a cruel joke for possession seekers after 10 years of purchase.

We all appeal to our Honourary Supreme Court which is our only hope to save our hard earned life time savings and dream of owning our own home and to please ensure such cruel jokes are not played anymore on us. Our Apex Court has appointed an Amicus Curie for channelising all auctions and proceeds for 16 K affected buyers and now a committee under former Honourable Justice Dhingra to supervise the whole issue. I only hope they will realise the furrther cheating under garb of 'we are completely broke' stand by Unitech after siphoning off all our money abroad.

Flats are not livable and a buyer has to spend a substantial amount before making it an abode and if someone has to sell off in dire need of funds(life positions have changed over 10 years and many buyers are now retired), still one cannot.

72 years after Independence and poised to become one of the biggest economies by 2030, is this what should be happening in a country. Its a pity really. Honourable CJI please look into such grave injustice and let the residual dirt be not passed onto the next generation to clean up if many many more years have to pass by. A signed Builders Buyers Agreement(BBA) and jazzy catalogues used to lure buyers to put in their money cannot be ignored after all.
