Dear Valued Supporters, Once again our esteemed Judiciary is making all out efforts to ensure this cheat builder who has left 32000 home buyers in lurch at Noida UP(NCR) in Wish Town Project simply does not give the slip. 16 months into this petition, approximately 14000 supporters and all posts written by supporters/sufferers and world now knowing(many amongst these sufferers are Non Resident Indians) besides all our citizens, senior citizens ,middle class honest men, Decorated Retired Defence Officers, War Widows, Teachers, Scientists that a big organised loot and huge troubles for 3.3 million people in India with their life time savings are at stake. Shame after 70 years of Independence and as largest democracy in the world. The nexus between most of the builders , politicians of all parties and bureaucrats across the country now stands clear.The Government of India and State Governments are hand in gloves with the builders lobby. Only Supreme court and particularly Honourable Chief Justice Of India Shri Dipak Mishra and Judges of Supreme court are with us and are our God. Another mega cheat builder Unitech Promoters Chandras are in jail since 7 months but they are so stubborn that they are neither doing Construction or nor paying back Refund and just trying to buy time . Maybe hoping for a change of Regime or CJI and his esteemed team to retire to turn tides again. All top lawyers like Chidambaram ,Kapil Sibbal , Salman Khurshid , Manu Singhvi now have recently resigned. Retired Attorney General Mr Prasad represents Chandras in the Supreme Court ..What does this tell us? Let these eminent lawyers fight for harassed Home buyers free as a service to the affected middle class home buyers if they have some heart left for suffering of home buyers.They know the truth that these builders are not saints ....even Mr Prashant Bhushan who tweets in support of Homebuyers but does not fight in Supreme for them , though he is famous for PILs. All state Governments across all parties have diluted RERA in favor of builders and Central Government is a mute spectator or mute supporter of influential builders lobby .This may be for political donations hence keeping quite otherwise atleast in BJP ruled states they would have not allowed dilution of RERA. All other parties are same except Govt of Orissa and Bihar who implemented RERA as approved by the Parliament atleast showing good intents.
