Dear Friends and Supporters, It is a great relief for all of us seeing the developments in continuing with the Honourable Supreme Courts tough stand on hardened cheat builders like Jaypee, Unitech etc-pl read the clipping attached. These crooked and influential cheat builders have already siphoned off our money using various methods and completely fudged data on company financial results are being presented to exit quietly or delay as much as possible counting each days finance costs. In the case of Unitech, reverred SC has made it clear that till a large deposit is made in the SC registry and positive intents are visible, the promoters may continue to take rest in jail. The Govt Executive has clearly failed with not been able to implement RERA in true spirit and dilutions in several states including BJP ruled states like Haryana who are indebted to largesse thrown by builders. It is a pity indeed. Ranking going up in ease of doing business or Moody's higher rating is irrrelevant when such kind of gross and open cheating is prevalent in the country. Pl continue to support and fight to save your life time savings and your future-remember there is no social security in India and all savings gone would mean a sick miserable end to our lives. Hail Supreme Court and Judiciary of India!
