Dear Supporters and Fellow Victims, This clipping from Economic Times referring to objections raised by a very Senior IAS Officer Mr Ashok Khemka in Haryana Govt on appointment of a retired IAS officer as Chairperson of RERA committee in Haryana is indeed an eye opener. The same retired IAS Officer gave a clean chit to the famous land deal in 2012 between Mr Robert Vadhra's co(India first family son-in-law) an another realty major DLF which was shot down by Mr Ashok Khemka which made him famous/infamous. Some other ministers had also written to Haryana CM Mr Manoharlal Khatter to ensure 2 names are not there in reckoning but still he was put as Chairperson. What's the message for us cheated and harassed home buyers?Already a much needed and delayed but great legislation was brought in to clean up the realty sector by our Honourable PM Shri Modi but we have seen same being diluted in various states including BJP ruled states to help builders due to obvious reasons now. Was RERA a complete gimmick then and a toothless tool? Our esteemed Judiciary in Supreme Court is battling hard to support us and our full gratitude to Honourable CJI Mr Dipak Mishra and his team of esteemed Judges but clearly there is reluctance on the part of Govt Executive. Is this the fair progressive regime that we envisaged when we voted in 2014. GST Implementation, Demonetisation etc etc are bold steps/reforms and ushers in a good road map ahead but we cannot digest how Govt turns a blind eye to 3.3 million people affected whose life time savings are at stake and despair looms ahead. Is this the real India world should know about?
