We are all very obliged and thankful to our Honourable Supreme Court to chalk out a road map for justice and to save our life time hard earned money which some builders want to siphon off simply under some garb or the other now that it is clear they have robbed us and diverted our money for their gains. We sincerely pray that justice is provided-we know that 1 million + people getting crippled financially may not mean much to Govt Executive/Political parties in a country of 125 billion people. But will our archaic laws on insolvency get changed and much touted reforms be ushered in where needed. Pl read this very interesting article and clearly lot of action ahead in India's cheat and filthy real estate industry. Home for all by 2022 does not seem possible in these circumstances and gullible people will be very very wary ahead and market sentiments will be ruined.
