This news is really very interesting and encouraging. Whether a vote rhetoric or a reality which time will tell, certainly this is a forward practical and laudable step proposed by UP Chief Minister Shri Yogi. While our Apex Court(Supreme Court) has already chalked out a road map to support and help stranded and cheated home buyers who are not to be treated as investors but buyers having put in their life time savings and are tax compliant educated people, clearly some initiatives are also needed by Govt Executive to make progress. If influential cheat builders have resorted to brazen cheating and diversion of our money obviously supported by corrupt bureaucrats/political bosses, if Clean and Progressive India and House for all by 2022 is our Honourable PM's vision, then concrete steps have to be taken. If funds at subsidised interest rates are to be loaned to these cheat builders, so be it to save over million humans being cornered to abject penury. If farmers loans can be waived off and political mileage derived, what is the stigma with educated middle class Indians who contribute to nation building by paying taxes? Time for Govt to launch clean up drive in the stinking realty sector and put it back on tracks and help over 200 K families mauled.
