Dear Friends, Supporters and Fellow Cheated and tortured home buyers, This is indeed a very encouraging judgement issued by Supreme Court providing big relief to 32 K families whose life time savings are at stake. Hundreds of thousands and millions of Indian citizens including me would like to express our gratitude for Supreme Court realising our living on the edge and paving a road map for justice. We are sure other big powerful builders like Unitech,Amrapali, etc etc would have to fall in line and stop torturing human beings irrespective of their backing with the who's who list of distinguished lawyers and political leaders/ex law ministers fighting hard to procrastinate as much as possible. We remain much obliged to The Supreme Court in India in its efforts to tame big influential real estate companies who use their proximity to the political leaders to continue to play this cheating one sided game.
