Dear Supporters, Friends and Fellow Cheated and Tortured Victims, Our war rages on with cheat builders and pleas to Govt to save our life term savings and the tremendous stress we are going through. Well, some positive development as the announcement for discussions by Urban Development Ministry (reported by Zee Business) has started for NBCC/HUDCO government companies to take over much delayed projects to complete the same and hand over to buyers. We thank Honourable Minister Mr V Naidu for this step and the central Govt. While sluggish markets or rise in input costs have been cited by bigger realty companies in courts represented by most eminent lawyers, the real reason is severe greed and intents to siphon off all our money as no regulatory frame work was set up all these years. We hope a fair RERA will be implemented all India after all the suggestions/feedback by masses and this step as a take over by Govt Companies like NBCC/HUDCO could provide much relief to buyers. Penalties for delays/contractual agreements would be honoured and if needed other projects will fund monies for the penalties. I request all to continue to write to the Central Govt and use media to spread more awareness of our plight. Remember the Judiciary is increasingly realising our situations and so you all need to knock the doors including NCDRC wherever applicable. Pl stay united and continue the fight.
