Dear Friends, Supporters and Fellow Victims, Please read this very interesting article from The Hindustan Times-refer clip attached. As expected, Haryana is one state which has tabled a diluted draft RERA for discussions. There are several other states which have yet to announce RERA guidelines. If tens of thousands of cheated and tormented home buyers are a stresed lot, spending big money on court litigations trying to save their hard earned money/life time savings from the big sharks/so called reputed realty companies, where does it leave thousands of home buyers who have paid large amounts for their homes with smaller fly by night operators whose only motive was to collect money and cheat buyers? My sincere request for all affected buyers is to re unite and fight hard with the state commissions/courts or NCDRC for their rights and dues. Otherwise no one will help..no politician or leader as we are a small vote bank and these cheats are too powerful and have money power. Do not wait and get into action in courts/NCDRC to save your money or else you will be left high and dry in India.
