Thousands of us have invested Lacs of Rupees for many years(many have paid 95% payments also) and still home is no where in completion stage. All may not be financially very savvy or may be risk averse to investments in market instruments but even in a declining interest regime, our hard earned money would have grown substantially and now cheat builders who have siphoned off our money want to protect themselves.
