Dear Friends, Valued Supporters and fellow Cheated Victims, As a fall out of intense pressure being built up from all corners, Haryana Govt has finally issued draft RERA guidelines for implementation. Surely this is a step forward but as expected by many of us it is heavily diluted and tries to keep existing projects which are yet to be completed or handed over to buyers for possession out of RERA ambit. It is a no brainer on why it is diluted as the notorious powerful builder lobby in Haryana has bought over the bureacracy under Haryana CM Mr M L Khatter. Please find an analysis by ET Realty attached. Our battle is still not won and the Govt has given 15 days for suggestions. Pl be very active and write/e mail to concerned authorities on concerns. People who have bought and paid for homes 8 or 10 years back and project is still undelivered cannot simply be left high and dry to appease some powerful bribe paying builders. Shame on Haryana Govt which is a shining star for misgovernance and corruption when they heavily dilute RERA rules. To all supporters, fellow cheated and tortured victims, I appeal to be hyperactive at this crucial stage to get changes made and save ourselves.
