Dear All, Reading through all supporter posts, its is most painful that such lawlessness prevails still in modern India. Honourable Haraya CM-a basic question Sir. Have you sold your soul? When our Honourable PM Shri Modi has brought about this act RERA to end this terrible cheating cancer and provide some relief and hopes to mauled home buyers, why is it that Haryana is quiet about this? Is your Govt and the bureacucrats totally sold out? Sitting right under the nose of New Delhi where Central Govt has brought about this act, you are simply sitting pretty. Even UP where a big fight is going on to grab power with our Honourable PM campaigning personally, has announced RERA guidelines. Why is Haryana delaying it? Is it due to BJP already at power in Haryana? Will you dupe BJP supporters and bring disgrace to BJP nationally? Big league defaulters like Unitech, DLF, Parsvanath, BPTP lead the fray but several others like Ferrous Infrastructure, Orion Galaxy, ADEL Cosmo City,ABW,Rampratha Group,Era(Adel),Dhingra Jardine , Winter Hills are enjoying after siphoning off honest buyers money-educated middle class tax payers, retired defence personnel, retired teachers, Scientists etc .If the industry needs to be consolidated and fly by night operators/robbers eliminated, so be it after auctioning off all their assets and putting them behind bars for decades.If the Realty Sector has to go into a limbo for few years till this clean up is there, so be it after paying off or gining completed flats to innocent buyers. Hundreds of litigations are under way and my humble folded hands submission to Supreme Court is that so harsh should be the judgement, that never will such business people do anything like this as akin to terrorists killing innocent people/de stabilising our country's security.Friends please also support Fight for RERA which is actively involved in bringing justice to tens of thousands of affected families-an article referring to Fight for RERA enclosed. Pl continue the relentless war and support till justice is meted out to all of us from this nexus of cheat builders, Govt, politicians and bureacrats. Shame that one hand we launch dozens of state-of-art rockets at one go and announce to the world about our prowess,on the other hand such cheating is going on and silently tolerated. Honourable Haryana CM please also make an announcement to Japan and other heavily investing counties in Haryana/India that it is a free for all in your state so that they exit and tens of thousands jobs/supporting eco system comes to a halt.
