Precedences often are misused as Supertech tried using some other major builder pleas of no funds at SC but we appreciate the tough and ruthless stand by SC to protect innocent home buyers and their life time savings. A builder siphons off money, tortures buyers and then tries to put its hands up. My question to the law/legislators ,Govt and administrative machinery is as a country are we governed by 'the might is right'syndrome? Regulatory policies are only now being put in place and that too delayed when there is restlessness amongst cheated buyers and world's attention is on us.If a fraud builder intends to siphon of Millions of USD of home buyer's money, and there seems no middle way out, let them sit behind for decades and all their assets be attached-somebody maybe bankers to some extent will benefit while home buyers money comes last but let there be a stern message to the industry and world.To the 400 Million aspiring and growing youth population in India, my plea is that whether housing or investing in any major infrastructure projects, doubly ensure that all regulatory policies and protection for your money is there as otherwise you will face same situations as thousands of us and sink.
