While our reverred SC already passed a judgement ordering Unitech to deposit 15 crores for payments against flats where litigants sought refunds(interest component to be decided in Oct), other cheat builders like Parsvnath have taken a similar stand that 'no money for construction or refunds' aided by Congress leaders and lawyers like Mr Sibbal, Mr Singhvi. SC has already started to take firm stands to bring this filth cheat builder community under the mat and I appeal to all supporters and victims that there is ray of hope and eventually JUSTICE will be meted out. Please be focussed and united and relentless in our fight against this cheat powerful community of builders bent on robbing our hard earned money whom we need to get rid off from our country.
