2015 annual report suggests there is a backlog of 37 million sq ft of project space delivery by Unitech. 2015 delivery of 3 Million Sq Ft makes for an estimate of 10 years for handing over various incomplete projects for which this co has taken payments from gullible home buyers. Many people including senior citizens whose life time savings are parked with this co may not see their homes as 10 years is a very long period.. Is this their plan? What is Govt and Haryana Govt officials doing although reports indicate their micro management of big list of pending projects in Haryana. Going by this co's preference to complete commercial projects which are more remunerative in terms of contributions, where does it leave tens of thousands of home buyers stranded. We appeal to the Govt, PMO, Haryana CM and the judiciary to make a note of the huge pains this co is inflicting on thousands of home buyers and is poised to ruin their lives.
