It is a grim but interesting situation based on Unitech stand as to what our apex Court decides on road map ahead. Having deposited Rs 5 Crores(750 K USD) as deposit only a few days back details of which shared in this petition, clearly UL lawyer and UL stand is a blatant lie and lame excuse for walking away with the money and create utter confusion. Venerable Judiciary whom the country looks upto, Honourable PM and all other decision makes in this petition..the country waits to know what is going to happen.Congress supported leaders and eminent lawyers like P Chidambaram/Mr Singhvi etc have been trying to bail this cheater co out and save several other cheater builders community at the cost of home buyers thousands of whom have put their life time savings. World is now aware how large defaulter corporates(many precedences like King Fisher, Sahara) in India have reigned in fraud and poor Govt banks also suffer. NRI's having invested their money for a house in India for themselves or their ageing parents. We only want justice, justice and justice. On 70th Independence Anniversary of India, world watches whether such jungle rule still exists in India. We are not cattle class to derive big political mileage and neither big and rich influential community but educated middle class honest people who are sandwiched in this mess. Is our honourable PM's vision of a growing economy and increasing prosperous middle class in India a bubble? Will influential lawyers fight it out for us as a social service against exploiters and cheats like Unitech? Will economic terror unleashed continue unabated? Justice, justice and fair treatment is all that people want and look upto from SC and Govt top brass.
