There could be other defaulter builders but the master cheat Unitech is certainly leading all the way.Could be a tactic to evoke sympathy and gain time given the cheater characteristics of UL promoter family but it is indeed a matter of serious concern if form 16 is not furnished to employees for 2 years.This is a criminal offence and merits serious investigation. I request all decision makers in this petition to review and also our computerised IT department. Clearly an immediate action is called for and Govt's job is to govern that such unscrupulous business houses be taken to task immediately.
