Lodha Group from Mumbai penalised for arbitrarily cancelling a booking and has to pay Rs 1.02 crore-thanks to NCDRC judgement. Not most common in a disciplined Mumbai/Maharashtra but all kinds of things happening in the realty sector in India. Delhi/NCR is numero uno in this fraud game by builders.
