RERA implemented on war footing basis for UP to save tens of thousands of agonised home buyers from unscrupulous builders.Why Haryana cannot implement the same with an action plan to be measured every month for tens of thousands of buyers. Several builder names including BPTP, Vatika and the Master cheat Unitech is involved amongst cheaters. Only when rampant cases of cheating and agony was evident, was RERA passed. Why not a speedy implementation also in Haryana. Govt opens up sectors for business without any governance and regulation but while Govt need not get into every business, should it not govern and ensure fairness with transparent policies. I sympathise from my heart with our farmers who commit suicides but should the middle class educated and honest citizens also be forced to end lives as their life time savings are swindled off by such builders and lobbyists. Are we a banana republic? Pl bail out people with appropriate aid plans for some builders under strict escrow account mechanisms and bring in appropriate legislations in FAR/building floors etc to provide liquidity and then use the whip to get builders to complete projects on war footing. Any builder not toeing the line should be banned from the Industry and all assets/commercial buildings should be seized to protect innocent victims hoping for a home in Haryana. People are looking upto you and the BJP Govt to save our lives Sir! We voted overwhelmingly for BJP for bringing in all round development for all Indians Pl take a rational and compassionate view of the situation.This is bigger scam than Augusta Westland(Finnemecanica Italy)which is hogging todays headlines. Kindly solve at the earliest and help us.
