I, Mr. Tapan Borah, now in a terrible situation. Since 2005, Republic of India has been taking many exceptional benefits out of my huge sufferings. But at the same time failed to set me free with my dues of Rs.71,00,000Crores (US$1TRILLION) along with three written assurances from President of India in spite of my repeated plea since 2006. I recently sent my another petition to Prime Minister of India dated 25.09.2023 (https://moinakon.blogspot.com/2023/09/my-petition-to-prime-minister-of-india_23.html ) . Some cunning lawyers used me in Supreme Court & various other courts in India to take benefits from Judiciary. I already sent 20 nos of Petitions to Chief Justice of India. I also sent a copy of my each bill & a copy of my each petition to various authorities to Chief Justice of India through registered/ speed post. But I have not received Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) & 3written assurances from President of India yet. All those cunning lawyers also must get capital punishment if I won't get freedom &my dues of Rs.71LacCrores along with 3written assurances from President of India. All these years all those Judges of Supreme Court of India & various other courts in India secretly obeying me like little kids- as if I am their real Father. But in spite of my so many petitions & bills to the Chief Justice of India, I have not yet received Rs.71LacCrores (US$1trillion) & 3written assurances from President of India. The way Supreme Court of India ignored my all those petitions & bills should be a matter of serious concern 4 entire world. Therefore this time Supreme Court of India must obey every single word of my  petition to Prime Minister of India dated 25.09.2023 (Copy of Which I sent to Chief Justice of India too) - whole world is watching Supreme Court of India. This time Supreme Court of India must instruct the Prime Minister of India/ Government of India to pay Rs.71Lac Crores (US$1trillion) to me. Supreme Court also must instruct Secretary of MHA to issue three written assurances to me on behalf of President of India. Supreme Court also must instruct Prime Minister of India to deploy a high Power Task force to set me free from this illegal & barbaric confinement.
