Whistleblower Guardian and Commissioners are Listening!!

I presented my case to the Whistleblower Guardian and BANES Commissioners recently. It was harrowing as I re-lived events. Nevertheless, for the first time I felt enabled to get my story across - difficult because of my autism and tendency to repeat, be overdetailed and ramble. This time I had concrete evidence - a document sent in error after their solicitor left. I remain shocked AWP have known since 2006 of my innocence, yet consistently failed to give me closure and fair compensation. At least, senior organisations know what happened and why. I have offered insights into how these situations might be prevented. I intend campaigning for changes in HR practice and the law. BANES Commissioners agreed to see what they can do, by way of incorporating more checks in procedures. No one must suffer as I have, and for so long! Please renew your appeals to the new CE. It is nearly Christmas. I am 64 and want a new life.
