Bo Muller-Moore has been running an eco-friendly t-shirt business in Vermont for over 10 years. His t-shirts carry messages to support sustainable agriculture, such as: ORGANIC, Farm, Home-Grown, and Eat More Kale. When Bo recently tried to apply to trademark "Eat More Kale", not only did the multi-billion dollar Chick-fil-A file a lawsuit to try to stop the trademark, but they also pursued a "cease and desist" order against Bo and his tiny home-based business. Now, Bo must use the proceeds from his business to hire lawyers to help him defend himself.
Please tell Chick-fil-A that it is NOT OK for them to bully a small business that obviously has no connection to their "Eat Mor Chikin" campaign. Tell Chick-fil-A that you won't eat their chicken until they drop their case against Bo!
