We the undersigned petition the council to:

• We want prompt resolution to the ownership of Middlewich cemetery and the gates fixed by March 2022. 
• No landfill.
• We do not want growth or expansion within ANSA.
• We want a quick response team to immediately deal with the resident complaints and be accountable March 2022.
• ANSA abide by legal and regulatory requirements and publish the findings for residents.
• ANSA should not cause any health deficiencies in the Middlewich residents.
• The residents want two voted resident representatives on the ANSA board.
• Swimming pool built with the everybody Leisure Centre.
• More infrastructure in line with the growing population.
• S106 monies are given to Middlewich for the new houses which have a Middlewich postcode.
• We want youth provision for over 12s.
• Retain our tip.
• No super tip on ANSA land.
• Current police structure kept in place one PC and two PCSO's.
• Better quality service from highways. Public facilities.

The residents feel that Middlewich has been neglected and we want change. We want the council to take ownership and be accountable for all the above.
