I just met with Center City officials who have let me know they’ve set up HR training (originally for vendors but now supposedly for market employees as well) and “plan” to create a code of conduct. I was not invited to join that process or given a date as to when that code would be formed. I was also told “they believe I am safe in the market now more than ever” while also stating that no actions would be made towards Adam at this time given he’s now making complains and accusing me of harassment. I made it clear that I didn’t feel safe and that I suggest they work faster. They ensured me they care about how I feel and I told them I don’t actually believe that given it’s taken this long to get a meeting regarding the abuse. All of this is a scramble to get me to stop updating publicly and I’m over it. When I was quiet they didn’t have time for me and now that 20k+ people have been made aware, they seem to have open schedules.
