Hi all,

Yesterday, Governor Baker scoffed at people with type 1 diabetes wanting the same access to the COVID vaccine as people with type 2.

He actually scoffed.  Then sent the suggestion to die with the Advisory Council.

There is so much at stake here. 

• Where will kids with type 1 land in the vaccine line? 
• Will people with type 1 and their families  have to be 'locked downed' again while we wait for booster shots? 
• What does it mean long term when type 1 diabetes is at the bottom tier now for health care and policy?

Will you make some calls?  We need to be heard.

Call.  (Even if you already have). Tell them where you are from, your relationship with type 1 diabetes, and that you want type 1 diabetes to be added to the comorbidity list today.
