Rebecca has a first appearance tomorrow at General Sessions court. It is basically just a "roll call" that she must attend but will not be in front of a judge. I have contacted the Solicitors office to speak to Mrs. Mulkey, the prosecutor, to find out when her actual court case is. Please keep sharing the petition and get more signatures. The more we get, the more the Judge is likely to take action!
