Counting the $1,000 Barbara and I have pledged, we have raised $3600 toward the $4500 cost of the air quality study. We welcome additional contributions. One way or another we WILL go forward with the study. Phase one will replicate the exposure of bicycle commuters in Boulder. Portable air measurement instruments will be pulled in a cart behind a bicyclist. Phase two will measure air quality using a rack of instruments on the balcony of a building on Canyon Blvd. We expect both phases to be completed by the end of July.
