The hold time for dogs brought into the ACC is only 18 hours after that they can euthanize at will. Many adoptable dogs are being destroyed after less than 2 weeks, notice of the animals to be destroyed date is given out after 6 pm. Of the impending kill time at 12:00 pm the following day.
