On July 23 was our court conference regarding our progress to get our children back. Before I stepped in the building my case worker from Catholic Charities foster care system stopped to inform me that she put in a very positive report on our behalf and sent it to the ACS  worker that has been against us from the start. The acs worker reads the report and throws a fit and says this needs to be changed I don't agree that they've been compliant. Mind you this acs worker hasn't been present during any of the visits, taken urine or hair for testing since this case is supposedly a drug case. Ive even requested it and she told be it is at their (acs) discretion on when drug tests will be given, it cannot be requested. Now my other case worker from Catholic Charities has been there from the beginning supervising our visits, talking to us, giving us advice etc. So it is clearly obvious that this acs worker is bias for whatever reason. Thank God my worker from Catholic Charities didn't waiver and kept the report true. This is a very serious problem and I'm afraid that the more time goes by the worse things are going to get. This corruption is real and it's taking everything inside me not to lose control and flip out on this acs worker, but I know that will definitely make things so much worse. Therefore I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. My children need to be with their parents and I can't stand to think how unfair and unjust this system is. Please I beg you to help me out by signing this petition or by sharing, posting, emailing or whatever you can think of to help my children.
