As some of you may know, the train situation was far from satisfactory this morning. For those travelling from Wandsworth Common, there was a train scheduled for 07:32 however it was described as going to Selhurst only (and was in any event running late). Apparently, this train did go through to South Croydon. Southern have explained that due to short notice, they were unable to update the journey planners (which feed the platform information) but they have found a fix to upload the correct destination on a short term basis the night before the train is due to run. The train will be running all week, including during the days when RMT have called a strike (Wednesday and Thursday).
