Sarge was in his own home the night a police officer, entered a closed gate, approached an open door and knocked on the door when two dogs came to meet the officers who were standing at door. Sarge was kicked, and the officer was then bit. Sarge was tasered by the police officer.

Sarge was protecting his property. He had no idea that the police officers were not there to bring harm to him. He was protecting his family against what he thought were intruders.
