Good Afternoon, 

I haven't updated in a while. I have some good news. I will finally be writing the bar grievance against NONA MATTHEWS in a few months. NONA MATTHEWS and MARTY CIRKIEL conspired together to throw the case and to cover up illegal activity in our case. Do NOT work with either one of these attorneys. They have stolen money by their fraudulent representation. They did this TOGETHER under seal in the lower court. MARTY CIRKIEL and NONA MATTHEWS consistently LIED. It has taken me some time to put this all together because these two corrupt attorneys kept so much from us.

Presently, child abusers - DAMON EMERY and a teacher by the name of VIVIAN DEE MCNOSKY are still near children although they both committed many felonies that have gone unaccounted for. The Federal System has been used and mocked by Nona Matthews and Marty Cirkiel and in the process - two Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD employees have remained near children. This.Is.NOT.Okay. Additionally, others near these people have been made aware of this and have been complicit. Bar Grievances will be soon. I have the filings they kept from us. The reason they sealed the filings was so Nona and Marty could hide their illegal conduct. Stay away from these people. They are very harmful to children and their families. It's pure deception.
