Good Morning,

Its been a while since I have given an update. So we thought we would catch y'all up. We have still been reporting the corruption of Nona Matthews and those that work with her. We don't say this lightly as we do have direct evidence in order to claim this. Unfortunately, Nona has persuaded her young most impressionable attorneys such as Meredith Walker in her scheme of lies keeping her in the crossfires. Meredith at the influence of Nona never did her due diligence and just followed Nona's lead. Meredith does not have clean hands either, but I would say that comes from the environment and company she keeps. It's disappointing because she seemed to be a better person than this. I wonder if she has even yet figured out Nona's lies. Bottom line, she was wrong to be so easily influenced in corrupt ways.

Meredith is not the only one. Marty Cirkiel is also working for Nona Matthews. So be very careful with who you hire and please know that as difficult as it can be to be your child's advocate, only you as their parent will ever have their best interests at hand. So speak up and keep good records. If you need help advocating for your child, please research the best advocates and utilize their expertise. There are good attorneys, but in this field, there is an even smaller selection of those than those that are actually practicing in the field. There are even more good advocates. Research, research and ask everyone you know before hiring.

AND always keep in mind, if you mediate - do not think this is a cure-all. Mediation can absolutely lead to retaliation and your child will suffer before the ink on that agreement even dries. We know from personal experience of the vile actions school administrators can take against a child because they are angry about "arbitration" = mediation. So PLEASE make sure whoever is representing you is building bridges and has your child's best interest in mind. Mediation can work under the best representation. But always also know everything you can about the school attorney. Know your enemies. Their paycheck depends on you and your child's unhappiness.

It would seem dealing with your child's disabilities in public schools would be enough to handle, but there are hidden forces that will cause you and your child harm if you do not stay vigilant.

Don't let this update discourage though because I can promise you that there are good attorneys and advocates in this field although small in number, they are there to truly help you, but research them well.

STAY VIGILANT.

Our Best to You Always,

Charles and Kristie Cripps, C.C.'s Devoted Parents
