Good Afternoon, I haven't written an update to my petition in awhile so I thought I would let you know a little bit about what's been going on. I have documents that prove that Nona Matthews absolutely told Damon Emery Scott Hurbough, Vivian D McNosky, Rene Riek and others to lie in testimony and/or to Federal investigators. I have documents that show she lied in her filings and briefs in federal court. I have documents and recordings that show Nona Matthews had Meredith Walker lie to 6 federal judges. Not one of these individuals has come forward and corrected the record ever. We are addressing this, but it has been a slow process, but we have taken steps to address this. There is no reason whatsoever that we should have to be working this hard when the aforementioned individuals have a duty to correct this. NONA MATTHEWS is 100% breaking laws most all of the time and has done so for nearly a decade. Representing school districts is necessary, but upholding the law is most important first and foremost. Please do not tolerate any of her illegal acts in ARDs, MDRs, Mediations or Due Process Hearings. Tolerating corruption only hurts our children.
