Good Afternoon, Thought I would give a quick update. Nona Matthews is not the only one cupable for destroying our lives as we knew it. There are Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD employees that know of Nona's actions and misrepresentations. One such employee was and is the Sped Director, Rene. She was in all the ARD meetings, in the original hearing, at Oral Arguments and she knows there are lies throughout disclosures. As a wife of a judge, she knows her duty to take measures to correct the misrepresentations and has done absolutely nothing. Keep in mind, she ALSO knows that the school district Principal was attempting to criminalize C.C. early on. She knows the truth about it all and has done nothing. Even worse, her own boss signed an affidavit that everything in their disclosures was true and correct. WHY would she throw her own Superintendent under the bus by not taking measures to correct these obvious misrepresentations? They have had plenty of time and plenty of notice. It will be interesting how many of these people take good faith measures to fix this horrific situation. Keep standing up for our children. They need us, they desperately need us.
