This may sound like a petty problem but it is quite huge when seen in the long run.

I am 21 years old....once I was crossing a parking lot in my city Panchkula. The entire lot was empty and children were playing cricket at 4:30 in the evening. Some uncles came and called the police on them, even though these kids were minors. Should this be the normal state of affairs? These kids weren't hurting anyone. They just wanted a place to play. We have also made many calls to the municipality office for the taking care of the existing parks but they do only 30% of the work and damage the park. 

Also, maybe there is a case for engaging youngsters as caretakers for the existing parks. The current caretakers are very old. They don't do their job properly and don't act against encroachers and foul elements.
