Chapman University should reimburse partial tuition/housing due to online classes

Chapman University should reimburse partial tuition/housing due to online classes
The Issue
Chapman University announced on March 11, 2020, that all classes will be transitioned to online learning: https://blogs.chapman.edu/public-safety/2020/03/11/march-11-classes-move-online-march-12/
As students, we pay $35,000-65,000 each year for education at Chapman. Due to the coronavirus, all classes will now be online starting March 12, 2020. While this is a celebrated move to protect the health and safety of all students, faculty, and community members, students should be concerned whether their tuition will reflect the quality of online education.
Online classes via remote learning platforms are obviously not of the same quality as the personalized instruction that Chapman proudly advertises. We, Chapman students, are essentially paying $35,000-65,000 for University of Phoenix classes (if you haven't seen their ads, it's an online college). Students who depend on student loans to pay tuition are especially deserving of reimbursement.
Duke University, a private university similar to Chapman, has also suspended on-campus classes and switched to online but will be reimbursing students: https://president.duke.edu/2020/03/10/urgent-message-regarding-covid-19/
IN CONCLUSION: Chapman University should reimburse partial tuition and housing costs (to students who are leaving campus as recommended by the university) for students because we are not paying $35,000-65,000 to take online courses that do not compare to the quality of in-person education that we are actually paying for.
