Sad News!!

After Campaigning so hard for this special memorial Dig for Mick Aston. Sadly in the 'Time Team' name it wont be able to happen with it mainly being funding as the front of things. Maybe also Mick's family do not agree with it yet who knows, if so we must all respect their decision. I tried my best for almost 2 years to get this campaign to be a success. And look less than 400 signatures away from our aim of a massive 10 Thousand fan signatures. Alot of you amazing fans have thanked me for trying so hard & i would like to thank all of you for following & putting your trust in me to really try hard. It's not over yet, Maybe the 'Time Team' can't make a memorial dig in his memory but we have other options still to go down. I.e a scholarship for Mick, a dig in his memory but just not as a 'Time Team' dig. Maybe if we do other things to remember him by & to thank him, then maybe sometime down the line it might be considered. Right time, Right place like Tim Taylor said to me personally via email.
