Players using a game bug active in Valve's Counter-Strike 2 game on the Faceit platform.

Faceit blocked players who used a game bug that Valve did not fix on its platform for 2 YEARS (Cheating). We think it is wrong to consider these bans as normal cheating (such as using a 3rd party software). For this reason, we propose and request that the ban times be reduced.

If we don't take action now, due to a game bug left open by Valve, many potential players will not be able to play games on the Faceit platform for 2 years, and their careers will be almost trash. If the players have not abused this at a high level, reducing the ban times will be good in terms of both making the players aware of their mistakes and creating a fair environment.

We think that every player can make mistakes, and this is definitely not equivalent to cheating using a 3rd party software. We believe players deserve a second chance. Long ban periods that remain like this will upset the players' psychology and perhaps cause them to make bigger mistakes, instead of helping them get back into the game.

We urge Faceit to fix this ban duration and give players a chance.
