There is a North and South Dakota and a North and South Carolina. They both have an equal counterpart. We are not saying that the Dakotas and Carolinas should become one, but they are named properly if they are split. Now there is West Virginia, and a Virginia. I feel, as many others do so; that Virginia should have its named changed to a more pleasing alias. There should be a West Virginia and an East Virginia.
