Change EA Terms of service bans on Apex Legends for "harassment" or lose 100's of $.

The Issue

                             (#1)Introduction: Well here's my story on why i think people from the Apex Legends community, and EA or Respawn Entertainment should care about my problem with their "banning system."                                                                          (#2)Account I lost due to bot operated banning system: I've been a Apex Legends fan for awhile now, and also been playing "Apex Legends" since near launch of 2018 before season 1, but because I loved Apex Legends so much when I first played it I have bought 100's of dollars worth of passes, cosmetics, skins, over the past seasons [1- 12 seasons] also spent at least 160 days worth of valuable time on this account plus last season [Season 12 of Apex Legends] I've barely gotten my first heirloom through an in-game gambling system called "Apex pack's" of which I've heard about cost 500$ worth of Apex packs for 1 heirloom so "EA" [Electronic Arts] decides to ban my account in season 13 [worst season ever] just because i tried to defend myself from toxic "PS4" Worlds Edge hot droppers through the in-game chat, and spelled the word "ps4 fAgs" of which i regret so much, and of course resulted in the blocking/ban of my account.                                                                                                           (#3) The reason i want EA to change their "Bot operated ban system": Because the words I've spelled "ps4 fAgs" I mentioned in paragraph #2 was blocked from the in-game chat so the word "fAgs" I entered in had [*] in them instead of the actual word, and therefore didn't insult anyone so when i tried to get help with my account through the [EA costumer service] they just emailed me with the same bot like response saying they "investigated thoroughly", and that they wont lift my ban outlining the [ToS rule i broke], and the same words that i mentioned before that were blocked, so I believe they should change their ways because their banning system only benefits toxic behavior like the same kids on Playstation4: JackTheReaper_35 of whom got me banned by baiting me into responding harshly because this player's toxic behavior was too much to handle plus I've never dealt with this much "toxicity" since CoD days, but maybe this petition will help others in my position with EA because these [Terms of Service bans] are too out of hand plus unfair for people with expensive accounts like I [We don't deserve permanent bans over words, and 1 bad game or trolls].
