For those of us living in Phase 1 of The Era, we've come to realize that our property management company falls far short of our expectations. Over the past several months, we've experienced a cascade of frustration and disappointment with how our community is managed.
Despite our consistent feedback and numerous complaints submitted through the official app and emails, we've continuously been met with silence from the management team. Our concerns are frequently ignored, leaving us with no option but to exert tremendous effort just to get a response. Even basic requests for an inspection report, crucial for addressing latent defects, are delayed unnecessarily.
The lack of responsiveness from management isn't just unprofessional—it's a disservice to all property owners who deserve efficient, reliable service. Our communities thrive when there is mutual respect and timely communication, but currently, progress is only made with persistent, physical follow-ups, which should not be the norm.
We cannot sit idly by and let this continue. We need change, and we need it now. By gathering 470 signatures, which represents 51% of the total number of units in Phase 1, we can push for a reassessment of The Era Management's performance. This number of signatures will demonstrate our collective desire for better management that serves the interests of all its residents. Our goal isn't just a change in personnel; it's a transformation in how management listens and responds to the needs of our community.
Please stand with us in this effort to bring about the change that is vital for the well-being and improvement of our living environment. Sign this petition to initiate the much-needed enhancements in our property management. Together, we can work towards a management that truly supports and values its community.
