Change the 1998 Tattoo Guidelines

Change the 1998 Tattoo Guidelines
The issue
Scarr Parlour has had their dark mofo popup cancelled after a "concerned citizen" reported to Hobart City Council that they'd be in breach of a guideline written in 1998. Council then sprung up last minute threatening fines of it goes ahead.
We should be encouraging innovative and local small businesses, not penalizing their existence.
Correspondence has already been sent to local MPs and the Health Minister to reform these archaic rules.
Sign this petition so we can show governments how important it is that this doesn't reoccur.
